What is Sports Massage?
Sports massage is a deeply stimulating therapy that is adapted to each individual’s needs. It is a hands on technique that can be both
relaxing and beneficial to the client's health and wellbeing. Benefits include improved postural alignment, reduced pain, aid in
rehabilitation and prevention from injury, improved circulation and lymphatic drainage, relaxation of nervous system, reduced anxiety and
stress.

I have a background in the health and fitness industry, having worked as a personal trainer in both the gym and home environment. I have a
passionate belief that everyone can be pain free and with the right guidance, can obtain their body's optimum level of function, whatever that
may be for each individual client.
I first studied massage alongside fitness with Premier Training International in Cambridge, obtaining a diploma in Personal Training,
Nutritional Advice and Sports Therapy with a special interest in weight management. I then went on to qualify as a studio instructor and later
trained in London to become a STOTT certified Pilates Instructor.
Health and wellbeing are to me, the most important ingredients to a happy and functional lifestyle. I believe that by combining relevant
components from different areas of the health and fitness industry, the client can receive a well rounded and personable treatment tailored
to their needs and desires.
