What is Massage?

Massage is the oldest form of natural healing there is. Many different traditions and approaches have developed over the years e.g. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Eastern approaches. Massage has many benefits on many levels. On a physical level massage can relax tight muscles, improve circulation, encourage removal of toxins and increase flexibility. On other levels massage is a deeply relaxing experience that can promote a feeling of calm, increase awareness and confidence, clear the mind and lead to greater wellbeing.
